Below is an update on our finances as of 12/15/20. This year has been a challenge in many ways and I would like to give you an update on our finances.

The highlights of the information below are that our bills are paid and we have been able to set aside funds for remodeling the parsonage and for the future expansion of the church social hall with Sunday school classrooms. Our Expansion Fund has increased by $23K and the Parsonage Remodeling fund by $10K. While we had planned to increase these funds by $11K more, we are certainly grateful that we were able to set aside these amounts.

This year we were able to complete the sanctuary lighting upgrade. The cost was $6,205 and the total was received with special offerings.

I would also like to remind all our members that we are again taking a Christmas offering for Pastor Hoeft and his family. There are envelopes for this in the narthex. If you are sending or dropping off an offering for this, just make a note that it is for Pastor and his family.

Since we are not all able to worship in person, these are the ways you can get your offerings to our church.

• Use your banks or Credit Union’s bill pay option to have your offering mailed directly to the church.
• Mail your offering to the church.
• Drop off your offerings to the church during Pastor’s office hours which are Tuesday – Friday 9:00 to 1:00 and 2:00 to 5:00.
• Use the drive up drop box on the side of the west church parking lot.
